Note:
1 cup = 200 ml, ½ cup = 100 ml, 1 tsp = 5 gm, 1 tbsp = 15 gm

Method
Grate bottle gourd with its skin and steam for about 5 minutes until soft.
In a blender, blend the steamed bottle gourd with basil, onion, garlic, and pepper.
Transfer the mixture to a saucepan.
Add water and salt and bring to a gentle boil.
Simmer for about 5 minutes.
Garnish with coriander leaves and coconut milk. Serve warm.
