Raisin-Infused Curd
- Full-fat milk - 200 ml
- Black raisins - 4-5
- Curd (as a starter culture) – ½ teaspoon
Note: 1 cup = 200 ml, ½ cup = 100 ml, 1 tsp = 5 gm, 1 tbsp = 15 gm
*tsp = teaspoon, tbsp = tablespoon
- Warm milk and add soaked raisins.
- Add curd, stir well, and allow to set for 8-10 hours.
Raisins are high in fiber, act as prebiotics and are natural laxatives, while curd provides probiotics for gut health. Enjoy this recipe as a snack or along with main meal.
