ORS Water
- Water: 1 litre
- Sugar: 6 teaspoon
- Salt : ½ teaspoon
Note: 1 cup = 200 ml, ½ cup = 100 ml, 1 tsp = 5 gm, 1 tbsp = 15 gm
*tsp = teaspoon, tbsp = tablespoon
- Mix sugar and salt in water until dissolved.
- Keep sipping homemade ORS several times a day.
ORS (Oral Rehydration Solution) water helps in rehydrating the body and replenishing lost electrolytes during diarrhea, aiding in preventing dehydration.
