Fig and Yogurt Smoothie

Fig and Yogurt Smoothie
  • Overnight soaked dried figs - 2-3
  • Curd - 1/2 cup
  • Ripe banana - 1/2
  • Almond milk (or any milk) - 1/2 cup

 

Note: 1 cup = 200 ml, ½ cup = 100 ml, 1 tsp = 5 gm, 1 tbsp = 15 gm

*tsp = teaspoon, tbsp = tablespoon

  • Blend all ingredients until smooth.
  • Pour into a glass and serve chilled.

Figs are high in fiber, promoting bowel regularity. Yogurt provides probiotics that aid digestion.
