How to live a healthy life after cancer?

advise us to have tests or check-ups once our therapy is over. Make sure we adhere to our
physician’s recommendations. These tests may be useful in identifying precancerous lesions in the
same or a new cancer. Avoiding tobacco, shielding our skin from excessive sun exposure, and
maintaining a healthy weight are some of the best things we do for our health.
On the other side, taking care of mental wellness is fundamentally important for people diagnosed
with cancer. The psychological, social, and physical impact that cancer has can be felt by those who
