Boiled Egg Sandwich
Per Serving
- Hardboiled Egg : 1
- Whole grain bread : 2 slice
- Hung Curd: 1 tbsp
- Coarsely ground fresh black pepper : ¼ stp
- Mustard paste- ¼ tsp
- Salt : as per taste
Note: 1 cup = 200 ml, ½ cup = 100 ml, 1 tsp = 5 gm, 1 tbsp = 15 gm
*tsp = teaspoon, tbsp = tablespoon
- Dice the hardboiled eggs into small pieces.
- Mix them well in a bowl with black pepper, mustard paste, salt and hung curd.
- Spread the mixture over a slice of bread. Cover it with another slice of bread.
- Enjoy your egg sandwich.
