Boiled Egg Sandwich

Per Serving

  • Hardboiled Egg : 1
  • Whole grain bread : 2 slice
  • Hung Curd: 1 tbsp
  • Coarsely ground fresh black pepper : ¼ stp
  • Mustard paste- ¼ tsp
  • Salt : as per taste

 

Note: 1 cup = 200 ml, ½ cup = 100 ml, 1 tsp = 5 gm, 1 tbsp = 15 gm

*tsp = teaspoon, tbsp = tablespoon

  • Dice the hardboiled eggs into small pieces.
  • Mix them well in a bowl with black pepper, mustard paste, salt and hung curd.
  • Spread the mixture over a slice of bread. Cover it with another slice of bread.
  • Enjoy your egg sandwich.
