Banana Berry Chia Smoothie
- Bananas (preferably frozen) : 1
- Frozen strawberries and blue berries: ½ cup
- Chia seeds: 1 tbsp.
- Cow’s Milk or non-dairy milk : ½ cup
- Vanilla extract : 2 drops
Note: 1 cup = 200 ml, ½ cup = 100 ml, 1 tsp = 5 gm, 1 tbsp = 15 gm
*tsp = teaspoon, tbsp = tablespoon
- Put all ingredients into a blender.
- Blend until smooth. Add more milk if needed.
- Pour the smoothie into a glass and garnish it with few pieces of bananas, berries and chia seeds.
